“Will you get your head out of the clouds and back in the water where it belongs?”
Despite the pounding in my head, I lingered a bit longer watching the humans clink glasses and sample bits of what appeared to be food off of large shiny metal disks. I was fascinated by their actions. Usually humans came out to sea to capture fish or ride large heavy vessels long distances, but these humans appeared to be celebrating.
“Will you get down here now before you get both of us in trouble?!”
“Do you think we could serve food on large shells like that at Mara’s birthday?”

Oh to pick just one movie and just one quote was too difficult. But I am planning a trip to Disneyland in a couple of weeks and my favorite Disney movie is The Little Mermaid. So here is a mermaid tale for you today.
