First Crush

“Hey, you weren’t at school yesterday, are you okay?”

“Yeah, I was sick; here I wanted to give you this for Valentine’s Day. Sorry it’s late.”

The message you’re trying to communicate is quite touching and sweet.

Such a sad story that has created a beautiful memory. You have said so much in those little sentences. Well done. xx

    Lovely and heartfelt.

  5. Tender, beautiful… first love tempered by the harsh realities of life. I want this to be fiction, and not really true, but I know for so many children life ends too quickly. My valentine heart just broke!

  6. As the others have bittersweet, but at least she had that moment…and his love, beautifully written.
